11am -6pm Tuesday- Saturday prior to booking a tattoo if you’re unsure of time needed. If you’d like to book with another artist at the studio look at their page and contact them
walk-ins welcome
We do require an non-refundable deposit in order to schedule. If we have to reschedule you will not be charged an additional deposit. We do not provide refunds and use the funds for a scheduling fee/art. You must give a 72 hour notice to reschedule without forfeiting deposit. We will reschedule ASAP.
About Mum's
Mum’s Tattoo was established in Bend, Oregon in 1998 by Angela Kent, who has been tattooing since 1996. Angela moved to California for about 5 years after marrying and became Angela Kephart. She somehow managed to keep her studio open in Bend while she worked for The Tattoo Lounge in Venice Beach and then Laguna Tattoo in Laguna Beach. Angela had the chance to work alongside the world-famous Bugs, one of her most idolized tattoo artists. Angela moved back to Oregon after a divorce and is now a single mother, running her shop with the help of other artists.
She strives to make certain that she's got plenty of time available for the high demand of walk-ins by allowing Mum's to host new and upcoming artists. Angela specializes in custom work and is an extremely versatile artist. Angela has won several awards, been published in many books and magazines, and has attended many tattoo conventions in her over-25 years of tattooing. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints Angela is available directly through the shop email or by phone.
